Applied for a fixed rate now the bs has increased rates
I applied for a mortgage with yorkshire BS yesterday. It said I have 5 business days to complete. The rate was 4.99%. I read today that they've increased rates to 5.19% with a £1545 arrangement fee. Will I still be elligible for the old rate?
