Reclaim against a misold endowment
Hi I successfully claimed against a misold endowment around 5 years ago and was paid up to the shortfall at that time. My endowment is about to mature and I find that there is still going to be a substansial sum owing at its termination. Is to possible to claim again to make up the difference. Thank you.

Deceased Mortgage
My SIL's brother has just died and has a mortgage with Santander, yet they are refusing to frieze the interest on her brother's mortgage, despite being asked to and keep charging his bank every month that his mortgage is paid even though they've had letters from her solicitors and copy's of his death certificate. Current…

Nationwide - totally unhelpful!!
Dear all, I know that to take a payment holiday from a mortgage is usually not recommended but I am due to start my maternity leave next week and strongly believe in spending time with baby for as long as I can. Hi, I have 2 A&L mortgages and one of them has the current deal expiring at the end of this month. It's currently a BOE + 0.89% tracker. When I last remortgaged, 2 years ago, I was able to see all their deals on their website and chose the above deal. Now that they've been taken over by Santander, the website just gives a…

Woolwich Offset Mortgage Maths
I was always under the impression that the way offset mortgages work is that having a £200K offset mortgage + £100K offset savings equals to a £100K regular mortgage in monthly payments. For some reason the Woolwich's mortgage calculator shows a different picture: Compare to BBC's one: Where the £200ish difference comes…
