i have an endowment mortgage with the Pru. which matures in Dec '13. it is supposed to pay off a mortgage of £ 35000 , but according to my last statement , at 4% growth will pay £24,000 , at 8% will pay £28,000. the surrender value as of today is £ 19,000. should i accept the surrender value or hold out for the full term ?
