Loan to Value calculation
I am looking to buy a flat with my son for him to live in. We will each pay 50%, but he has to borrow his half. Is the LTV worked out on the amount he is borrowing as a % of purchase price (in which case it would be around 40%) or 50% of purchase price (works out around 80%)? Thanks.
