Quick query, please help
Can i claim back charges incurred on my mortgage account, or does the court ruling only apply to current accounts? I was made unemployed and started to miss my mortgage payments and the bank have charged me for each missed payment. The bank now wants to repossess my home. Can i claim back the mortgage arrears charges?
