I have 5 ISAs which are likelt to come down to about 3% interest in 2009. I bought these to pay off the shortfall on my Mortgage Endowment. As my Mortgage is now in the same 3% interest rate region, should I now come out of the ISAs and put it into paying off part of my Mortgage capital?
