Hi, Im in need of some advise having recently remortgaged. In September 08 we remortgaged from Natwest to C&G. Have been with AL the last 3 years and came off the discounted deal about 2 years ago, so basically I'm on the SVR. I have 2 mortgages with them 1 repayment and a 50K interest only. Interest rate on the repayment is currently 3.95% & I'm paying 4.04% on the IO. I have ~ 50% LTV, but enough savings to bring it down to 65%…

Fixed Rate for Low LTV
Hi guys/gals, I'm looking at getting a medium term (5 to 10 yrs) fixed rate mortgage. Can't see the point of a 2 yr fix, and don't want a tracker - both seem to be recipes for disaster given that BR is so low atm, and only really likely to be higher in 2+ yrs time. I have more than a 50% deposit, and this is for a new…
