Selling with Negative equity.
I am currently looking at selling my flat and believe that it will be valued about 8k under what I bought it for. If i sell the flat and still owe the mortgage lender 8k do they ask you to pay it pay all at once, or do the mortgage payments continue as normal till it is paid off?
