How late would you leave it?
My 4.4% fixed rate ends on 31/12/08. Given the time it takes to re-mortgage I was looking to sort out a new deal this week - but given that rates are tumbling by the day how long do you think I should delay things? I am fortunate that in terms of income and LTV I could opt for pretty much any mortgage deal out there.
