Which Lenders take credits into consideration?
I'm currently with Northern Rock, and know that they don't take tax credits into the equation. My husband has recently left us, so when it comes to remortgaging due to my low income I will need to find a lender who will take tax credits and child benefit into consideration.:confused:

Hi, I have just had 16k made available to me from an old endowment policy that is no longer jioned to any mortgage. Who / Why Buy an Endowment ?
We're always being told that endowments are obsolete forms of savings and that we should cash them in or trade them. But if that's the case why on earth would anybody buy one ? Yet these companies exist, and obviously make a profit. So has anybody bought a traded endowment, and if so why ?
