Postcode-based Credit Scoring with Experian
After consulting my credit files online, I was relieved to note scores of >850 at both Equifax and Credit Call. However, I receive a score of <680 from Experian. Noting that both Equifax and Credit Call both have nearly all my details (including load amounts, previous addresses - all correct), I also noted that Experian…

IVA Mortgage - Still Possible?
Hi, I am in and IVA but my partner and I received a mortgage in principle about 6 months ago but decided to wait a little while before buying. We now have a 10% deposit saved up and a number of viewings booked. With a 10% deposit will we suffer problems now applying for a mortgage due to the recent "credit crunch"?

The interest rate change to 5.5% in early December wasn't passed on to my mortgage in January (til Jan 1st). So my mortgage won't reduce until Feb 1st. Just a question really: is it the case with trackers that they don't have…
