Mortgage taken out in 1986
We were very obviously mis-sold our endowment mortgage and even have a leaflet telling us how wonderful it will all be. We went through the proper channels filling in reams of questionnaires but were told we didn't have a case. My husband says it's because it was taken out in 1986 and too early to qualify. Is this true?
