Abbey - Arrangement Fees
Hi My mortgage has been with Abbey for 14 years, however over the last 10 years I have taken out extra amounts for home improvements, these have been added to the mortgage. This has been 5 times and each time I am charged £95.00 arrangement fee. Does anyone think this is excessive? Many thanks in advance for any replies.

When a house is sold that is in tenants in common, does the solicitor have to give a joint name cheque to both owners for the total amount or will he/her have to see the trust deed first and give both parties there share? thanks.
