Hi again Anyone has a calculator i can use? The one that will tell me what i'm paying off each year broken down by interest and repayment. So for example - if i enter i'll be paying £500 each month - i should be able to find out what i've paid (and left) after a certain period, say 5 year. MANY thanks

IFA advice - should it be free?
I have speaking to a few IFA looking to get an overview of how BTL mortages fit in the bigger scheme of things. I thought that IFA would be able to offers fees or commision style offerings. However a couple have stated that they would want £150 before offering advice - is this becoming the norm?
