i've had 3 had offers to buy endowment, should i sort out new mortgage before accepting? also one firm wants to put the endowment in an auction, has anybody done this and had a good result (they charge about £600 if policy sells for between £10,500 and £11500) or should i take one of the firm offers i've been sent

Is IF only choice for offsetting with cash mini-ISAs?
I need to remortgage soon and am looking at an offset. Is Intelligent Finance the only offset provider that allows you to offset ISAs? Their fees seem way too high for me so I'd prefer not to use them. I have savings which are about 50% of the mortgage - but almost all in cash ISAs which I want to hold onto.
