Quick question about PPI reclaims
If we claim a refund for being mis-sold PPI on a loan which is still being paid off, can the lender demand full repayment of the balance? This is the current concern as we are about to post our letter to Barclaycard Masterloan but with little under £4k owed we don't want to get stung suddenly... Cheers!
