I understood a proportion of our premiums went into a fund for this anyhow. b) Courtesy car provided- local garage we use for anything we can't do oursleves provides one if it's available, otherwise they'll…

I took out the 5 year warranty which covers everything when I bought the TV, but I only paid the first installment, I couldn't afford to pay anything else. They didn't contact me to ask for the rest of the money. Do you think i can still make a claim? It's with Comet. How long do these things normaly take to sort out?

Can I insist an insurance claim gets paid to me direct?
Over Christmas I had a burst water pipe, I was away at the time and came back to a flood in my kitchen. Whatch out with a scam by Norwich Union
I am so incensed by the way NU are treating their customers, but I suspect it is not only NU playing this game. Anyone used Swiftcover?
