I need a new washing machine
as my old one is dying a slow death. Seeing all the new ones have a cold water fill only & I have hot & cold water pipes in the kitchen, do I need a "Y" piece adaptor or do I just connect the cold water pipe & close the valve on the hot water pipe? Isn't an adaptor safet incase of any leaks?
