I currently have a dell printer but the ink is so expensive I think I may replace. So looking for a bag standard basic printer...for kids homework etc, which one uses the cheapest ink....I don't want to have to mess about with refillables....thanks in advance

I want to be able to access iPhone apps but don't need an iPhone. I am thinking the best way to do it will be to buy a second-hand 2nd generation 8Gb iPod touch, maybe off ebay. Can one of these access all the usual apps? Is this the cheapest way?
