I am non tax payer. If I take out a 3 year savings bond that pays £9,000 in interest would I have to declare the whole of the £9,000 (minus my personal allowance) in the last year or is the interest divided by three meaning i would have to include only £3,000 interest that year? thanks!

The old girl's given me 6 years of loyal service. So it's time to get a new one. Rather than upgrade to the next gen, i'd like…
