I want a good light,non losing shape tee-shirt

£150 to spend on new digital camera
I have £150 to spend on a new digital camera and would like some advice. I'm used to a Canon PowerShot A60, not exactly top of the range but it's been a great little camera (collected the insurance on it as I'd damaged the lens). I definitely want a video facility on it. Any ideas?
