Advising of rent increase - help!
Does anyone know what length of notice period is legally required for the landlord to increase the rent. I've been give 6 weeks notice (before the lease expires). There is no reference in the lease about rent increases, only that 2 months notice is required for advising about termination of the lease. Can anyone advise me?
