Purchasing Leasehold Flat from Contract Re Assignment
Hello Anyone ever purchased a property that was leasehold from a vendor who bought it as a contract re assignment? Does it complicate matters? The property I am getting was bought by the vendor last year as a contract re assignment and then they completed on it July last year but did not register it with Land Registry.
