First time buyers buying house that needs renovation - should we pull out?
Hi, we found a house that we really liked and it is quite cheap for the market but after receiving a survey we realised that we would have to undertake some urgent and serious repairs that include chimney stacks, roof, walls and floor. We are in two minds. Our options probably include either price negotiation or…

Advice on where to rent around the Windsor area
I'm moving to the UK soon from Australia and was looking to rent around the Windsor area ideally near a major train station. Any advice on which other suburbs nearby I could also be looking at? I won't have access to a car so being close to shops and transport would be a must. Thanks in advance for any help!

Buy To Let Question
My understanding from extensive research is that (depending on lender) to obtain a BTL mortgage you must either; a) already own your own property, either outright or with mortgage; and/or b) earn a minimum of £20,000 I don't meet either of these criteria. Does anyone know any other way that I can raise a sum to put towards…

Investors Only?
Palmer Park Avenue, Reading, RG6 http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-51586624.html I thought this was quite interesting in that they are stipulating "investors only". I assume they are allowed to sell to whomever they wish, but what's to stop someone buying the property and then immediately issuing a…
