Sell or rent out?
Need some advise please, I have a house that is now surplus to my needs. I can prob sell for £120,000 and pay off mortgage of £56,000 or rent it out at £500 per month which would cover mortgage and leave me with about £50 per month. Which is the best option?

How much "offers above"
Im looking at putting an offer in on a house, its at the very top end of our budget. Theyve said offers above £135k, its been on the markey for over a year, and used to be offers above £145k. Is it rude to offer £135k or even 136k, my theory is all they can do is say no... but i would like your opinoins. Thanks!
