I am planning to buy soon but am not sure why I should be bothered about building regs on a potential property ,if work was done 4 plus years ago but doesn't have some sort of…

Buying share of freehold
My flat is one of 4 in a converted house. The freehold is shared between the 3 other flats. The lease is 99 years from 1987. What would be best? - should I approach the freeholders and ask for an extension to the lease (and would that mean that they would also extend their identical leases?), or do I ask them to sell me a…

Sell or Rent?? HELP!!!
My partner and I have broken up and currently own a house. We are looking into the possibility of…
