EDF not interested in loyalty
EDF will not allow customers to switch from one online tariff (v1) to another (v5.1). They cannot stop them swapping to another supplier though!;) EON here we come.

Can anyone advise whether a Late Payment Fee on a gas bill is legitimate or not?
