good evening, I am after some help please. I have a friend who in the 2010/2011 tax year worked part time. She earned around £3000 and had tax deducted on all of her earnings every month. Question for part time public servants.
When you get your end-of-April payslip, will you check whether it reflects a pay rise of £250 per year, or pro rata based on your working hours? i.e. if you work half the normal hours, did you get £125 per year? If so, is this what you expected? Ta.
