How come other sellers can charge more postage than me?
I've listed a cd, and when I put it on it would only let me put £1 postage saying that was the maximum allowed for that category. However I've just done a check on others selling the identical cd, and they've got £3 postage, still uk based not being sent from abroad. How have they managed to get round this?

Can't add tracking number to paypal. Grrr
Sold an item this morning. Paid for postage via Paypal as I normally do, but I can't see the "Add Tracking Info" bit that used to be at the bottom? Have Paypal removed this option or is there a glitch in their system?

How to issue refund?
Does anyone know how to issue a full refund to a buyer? Also does the FVFs and other fees get refunded as well, or just the PP fees? If it is just the PP fees refunded, how do I claim back the FVFs as obviously I have lost on postage, the item and the FVF fees?
