Seller requesting more money for postage
I've won an auction and have immediately sent payment and the requested postage amount. The seller has now messaged me stating that they've had to pay more for postage and asking me to pay the difference before they will post. Is this against the rules? Am I within my rights to refuse? Ebay Paypal Germany
Germany is raising Ebay-Paypal as being possibly uncompetitive. It appears that they are trying to make Paypal compulsory for some buyers so clearly their rules are very different to here. Hi I have had an ebay account for a long time (since 1999 :eek:) However one thing has niggled at me and it might be simple to resolve.
