Just after some advice, do you still leave a + feedback when you have been given a refund for the wrong item having been sent or a netural due to the trouble of having received the wrong item, not really sure what to do. Or is it a case by case situation, depending on value etc?

Hurrah For The Royal Mail!!!
I posted 14 items via second class recorded delivery yesterday afternoon at 3.15pm. Six of the buyers received their parcels this morning and left positive feedback! However the Royal Mail managed this with such a backlog of mail is totally beyond me but I'm very impressed! :T
