Sent a complaint letter to LTSB heard nothing back
I sent a letter of complaint to LTSB regarding the interest they are charging on my dmp repayments on 23rd June recorded delivery. It was signed for on 24th. I gave them 14 days in which to reply to me. I have heard nothing back from them and I am sure the 14 days has passed. Do I send another letter?
