Head in the sand for years... Updated 08-Mar-06
Hey everyone, Just wanted to say how happy I am to have found this site a few days ago. Sons debt with t-mobile
My eldest son has an outstanding debt with t-mobile of around £375, he spoke to them last month about a payment plan but they told him after he said he couldn't pay it all in one go that they would give him a couple more days, like things were going to change, then he heard nothing. Yesterday he got a phone call to say he…

Court hearings
We have recieved notice that a creditor wants to put a charging order on our house because of arrears on a loan. The loan is in my wife's name as is the mortgage. However, she works full-time away from home so it would be hard for her to go to the hearing. Can I go in her place?
