Repayment of tax on savings
Hi, Anybody know which tax centre deals in repayment of overpaid tax on savings ? I live in Scotland and have claimed before....Think it went to somewhere around Birmingham ? Seemingly this claim does not go to the local tax office, but to a dedicated centre for such repayments. Thanks in advance.

Would I be able to claim expenses…

Benefit in Kind Help Please
Hi, I was wondering if someone could explain this to me please? I currently have tax code 647L. If I was to get a company car that can be used privately too, I understand that this would be classed as a BIK. But what does this mean? If let's say a car has a value of £30,000, how will this affect my tax code and tax…

Tax notice of coding for pensioners
Why is it that having retired at age 60 (entitled as a woman) not early, that I have to wait for the increased notice of coding given to men when they retire. I will have to wait for two years after my husband retires to get an equavalent notice of coding, which means I will pay more tax on my pension than he will on his!:(
