Egg Card - Unused for 4 years
Hello, I had an Egg card some years ago which reached the dizzy heights of £8250 credit limit, which was up to the max, paying back only the minimum every month. My circumstances changed dramatically and suffice to say I was unable to meet the monthly payments. I came to an agreement with Egg to pay back £25 a week, with…

Barclaycard query?
Hello I wonder if anyone can clarify a point of confusion for me? I BT over to Bcard about Nov(ish) of last year (on a 16 month interest free offer), and made payments each month (not clearing the full amount but more than the minimum amount and thereby managing to reduce the amount owed). About 2 months ago, I made a…

RBS Rate jacking - Fightback
I have been issued a letter by RBS to state that their APR for the Platinum card is rising from 16.62% to 20%. That is a rate hike of 20%, following a 30-odd% back in 2009 (?). I've contacted my MP to object to a state owned bank doing this in a time of recession, and wondered if anyone else is going to try a fight-back.
