I have come into some money which will clear off a credit card . But I would like to offer a smaller amount to clear it off completley . its not a lot , 860 quid , but its been bumped up by a few late payment fees . what figure would you suggest and is it possible ? its with sainsburys bank . thanks

Went to local off-license, paid with debit card. later looked at receipt: The long number of the bank card is shown same as expiry date, my surname and some letters ICC. Is it legal to show that information on the receipt?
