close account, am I still protected?
If I were to close my account with Morgan Stanly, would I still be covered by consumer law? In particular the '6 year rule' for (particular) purchases and an on going dispute with a company? Many thanks.

Need new CB card w/ BT rate
It turns out, my Morgan Stanley card is just a classic card, therefore eligable for the £20 annual fee. I now therefore, need a new cashback card, annual income is £15k pa and I'm 18 so that rules me out of the Amex cards, and if possible a promotional BT rate would be fantastic! Suggestions?
