PIP assessment- the useless point!
Anyone else noticed this? For section 3 (managing therapy) part (a) scores 1 point if awarded. But what use is this point if awarded? Every other points that can be awarded are all in multiples of 2, and the target scores to reach are also in multiples of 2.

PIP decision letter got so many things wrong
It says the claimant has "no specialist care package" but it was mentioned several times at the face-to-face they receive daily care from a care company. How could they get such a significant detail wrong? There are inaccuracies in their letter and they seem to have completely overlooked some info said to them.

Use pension funds to pay off debts - will this affect benefits ?
Hi all, I'm considering using some of my pension funds to clear my credit card debts but am concerned this might affect the benefits I receive if £10,000 appears in my bank account. If I can prove I've used it to pay off debts should I be okay ? TIA
