Hi Guys After taking the advice of people here I have decided to end my ESA claim. My last payment date was Fri 6th and my next payment date is Fri 20th. I would prefer to not have an over payment so in your opinion when should I cancel ? Thanks in advance.

At the moment I'm waiting to put an appeal in to the upper tribunal (I have a solicitor's appointment for Thursday) to get my ESA back, I am receiving no benefits from the DWP - my mum has given me enough money to last for a couple of months.
