Question about benefits for over 60's?
If anyone knows the answer or where to find the answer online I'd appreciate it. Am wondering what benefits a single woman over 60 would be entitled to if they lived for free with family (i.e. grown up children). Would it just be the state pension or might they be eligible for pension credit too? I am trying to search on…

Someone I know is working while on incapacity benefit, he says he doesn't need to declare it because hes allowed to work under 16 hours, I think he needs to declare it.
