Have just phoned up to open a co-op cashminder account and have been told it has been reffered to another department. I cany understand why as at the moment our credit rating and everything is ok. Hi, Can anyone tell me what kind of assets the court will claim when we go BR. I know cars are the obvious but I have heard that TVs, DVDs, Games consoles etc will also be taken.
