Car rental allowance for work from OR?
Hi,Im self employed and need to rent a car monthly as its a vital tool for work.I cant afford to buy a car.Does anyone know what the OR will allow per month? It is a rental so is tax deductable? I was thinking of about £250 per month. Thanks in advance :T

Today I am mostly filling out the form for my bankruptcy petition. I have been told that I will be able to go to court in April as there is a "waiting list". But anyway, when I see the OR do I take all my bank, creditor statements etc with me. If so, how many years worth would they need to see? Thanks Cinders
