Default Passport query travelling to Tenerife

Does anyone know if you have to have 6 months left on passport after returning when travelling to Tenerife.

Spain has no minimum passport requirement for EU nationals however some airlines do have a minimum period that a passport should be valid for. If this is the case then you will have to follow the airline regulations.

Check on the airline's site it should tell you if they have any minimum period
