Newbie here! Re credit card PPI through CPP...

Hi!
I'm new so be gentle :D

So we put a claim into NatWest before Christmas and NatWest have written to us (yet to receive the letter!) With their decision. My husband took his credit card out in 2006 and apparently that's when his protection with CPP started. He has made an annual payment of £36 every year since then but we figured it was a credit card fee for having the account. Dim I know!

However we didn't realise they were sending a renewal letter through every year to his parents house (where he lived when he took the card out).

Should we be successful how is the claim calculated?

Thanks!!
