Maybe its the Warm Home Discount.£140 off electric bill as well as the winter fuel allowance0

There's the Warm Homes discount from certain suppliers if you are on benefits.
However...
A mainstream supplier with WHD will probably cost about the same as a non-mainstream supplier who don't give the WHD.0
