I didnt have a copy of my agreement, however i could remember my bank account number. My loan was taken out in 1992 and was for £5000. The PPI was single premium. And i was pressured into taking it.
Complaint was upheld and i have received £4900 refund.
The complaint was very easy, good communication from Lloyds and a telephone interview discussing what happened at the point of transaction. Im happy with the result.
