Emirates/Dubai Lounge advice

my parents who flying from the UK to Asia via Emirates (Economy) very soon. They have booked the disabled assistance.
On their return journey back to the UK, they have a 7 hour wait in Dubai. They like to book a lounge access but not sure which one and if the Disabled assistance will drop and collect them if its Swiss lounge which looks cheaper than Emirates paid lounge access.
Is it better to pre-book lounge access now, or just pay on arrival? Any help appreciated.

Have a look at Marhaba, they have a transfer and lounge service that will assist on an off both flights and take you and collect you from the lounge. It's about £60pp including 4hrs lounge and assistance.
