    Is there away of watching Sky in the south of France or does anyone know of a French tv company that broadcasts Sky channels

    Years ago, I heard that you can get a subscription in the UK and just take the Sky box abroad and hook it up to a dish.

    Don't know if that still works.

    Can people stop loaning money/being a guarator to family/friends, it rarely ends well and you lose out as your money is gone or you get shafted with being a guarantor.

    my oh was a bit of a sky fan till she realised they were fleecing her - she has now discovered "tv player" which provides most of the sky channels she likes for about a fiver a month with student discount.
