Terms & Conditions
1. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

2. Promoter: Dr. Oetker, Thorpe Park, Leeds, West Yorkshire LS15 8ZB
3. Eligibility: Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), 18 years or over except for employees of Dr. Oetker, their immediate families and any agents or companies associated with the promotion.
4. Promotional Period: The draw runs from 2ND October to Midnight 31st October.
5. Entry Instructions: One entry per person only during the promotion.
6. Where Dr. Oetker has reason to believe an entry is false or incorrect, Dr. Oetker reserves the right to disqualify the entry.
7. Purchase is not necessary to enter.

Prize Fund: –

8. GRAND WINNER: A party of 2 adults will win a three-night trip to Florence to be taken between 2nd January 2018 to 30th June 2018. The prize includes return flights in standard class and all airport taxes. 15kg hold luggage and 5kg hand luggage is included per person. Flights to be agreed in advance by Dr. Oetker. Accommodation in a 4* hotel for three nights, travel to and from Florence Airport. Travel to and from the UK airport and insurance is not included.
9. There will also be a day excursion for wine tasting. The driver-guide leads the tour providing general introductory information. He is not allowed to lead a guided visit inside a city centre, nor to provide historical and artistic information inside museums or churches. The excursions take place in different areas of the Chianti region. Winners must arrive at the departure location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
10. The grand winner will be provided with the details of the prize on acknowledgment of being the winner and then the winner is to confirm all passport and traveller details directly with travel agents - The Travel Counsellors.

11. The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value in the event of non-availability of the stated prize and if the prize, described above, cannot be awarded for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
13. Proof of identity may be required in order to claim the prize.
14. In the instance of a disqualification (clause 6) whereby the prize has been taken, the winner in question is liable to pay any associated cost to transfer the prize to another winner.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:

15. The winners will be picked at random from all entries under the supervision of an independent person or via a verifiable computer system producing random results.
16. Winners will be notified by direct message within 7 days of the closing date and will have 21 days to claim their prize. In the event of a non-claim, the promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to a reserve winner selected at the same time as the original winner.

GENERAL

17. Data Protection: Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party (other than the Promoter’s agencies for the purpose of servicing/implementing the promotion and prizes) without the individual’s prior consent.
18. All winners will be required to participate in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion, including the publication of their names and counties for advertising purposes.
19. The main prize winner must be available to claim their prize between the dates specified.
20. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries or claims that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
21. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims suffered by entrants as a result of entering this promotion or accepting a prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person relating to or resulting from participation in connection with this promotion.
22. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries submitted by or via third parties or syndicates, entries submitted by macros or other automated means, and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, entry or person if it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity.
23. The Promoter’s decision in all matters is final and binding.
24. The Promoter will be entitled to suspend or terminate the promotion at any time if circumstances adversely affect the operation of the promotion beyond its reasonable control or foresight and will not be liable to anyone as a result.
25. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
26. This promotion will be governed by laws of England and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
