Contents Insurance with Legal Expense Cover (Including Leasehold Disputes)

The Housing Association that own the block I live in covers the buildings insurance, so I have to arrange the Contents Insurance. I always get the Legal Expenses Insurance add on, as it has proved invaluable at times of need.
However, there does not seem to be any legal expenses cover that covers leasehold & freeholder disputes.
I get 'general advice' from them, but I'd much prefer to find a company that can really make the freeholder honor their obligations of the lease.
[I've gone beyond the Leasehold advisory service, as I my freeholder is taking me to County Court - so no need to offer any advice there]
Does anyone know of any insurance company that offers contents insurance with legal expenses attached that does include disputes with freeholder/landlord?
many thanks

Insurance is for something that might happen. You'll be struggling to get an insurer to defend you against something that you already know about0
